Evangeline Yeo specialises in shipping and construction dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, mediation and adjudications. She has represented vessel owners, charterers, P&I clubs, cargo interests, marine service providers and EPCI contractors and subcontractors; dealing with issues relating to charterparties, bills of lading, maritime liens, cargo/cargo-hold damage, piracy, bunker supply contracts, seismic surveys and vessels, offshore LNG projects and wind farm constructions. Ms Yeo is a member of MLAANZ (Maritime Law Association of Australia & New Zealand), WISTA (Women's International Shipping & Trading Association), and SoCLA (Society of Construction Law Australia) of which she is a committee member of the YCC (Young Constructors' Committee). She is qualified in the Australian Capital Territory (Australia), England and Wales.
