Eugene Davis

US lawyer Eugene Davis joined the Atlas Iron board in May 2016 as part of the company’s financial restructuring agreement.

He is the founder, chairman and chief executive of Pirinate Consulting Group, a privately held consulting firm specialising in turnaround management.
