Esme Bowen has almost 30 years of disability experience and has worked for many years as a community road safety advocate.
Ms Bowen has previously been a company director of, and remains involved in, a Perth-based family retail surf business. She has also been involved in tourism and hospitality ventures in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.
Ms Bowen was president of RAC WA, and is the deputy president at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA.
In 2024, Ms Bowen was inducted into the WA Women’s Hall of Fame under the business category.
