Eric Smith is a detective inspector with the WA Police. He has a certificate in Police Studies, Diploma of Policing, Advanced Diploma of Business Management, Diploma of Criminal Investigations, Diploma of Public Safety (Policing), Advanced Diploma of Public Safety (Policing), Graduate Certificate of Business (Leadership), and Graduate Diploma of Business (Leadership & Management). He spent more than 40 years of service as a police officer.
