Emiliya Peneva joined Jackson McDonald in April 2007 as a systems analyst before becoming finance manager in January 2011, financial controller in July 2015, chief financial officer in July 2016, CFO & chief legal operations officer in January 2021, and chief executive in July 2022.
She holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science with majors in Accounting and Auditing from the University of South Africa, and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accountant (ANZ). Ms Peneva is also an alumni from the Harvard Business School's executive education program Leading Professional Services Firms in 2016.
