Elizabeth Keen graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2015.
As part of her practical legal training, she worked at the Department of Environment Regulation where she assisted in providing advice on issues relating to Part V of the Environment Protection Act 1986 (WA), and in prosecutions relating to controlled waste and clearing permits.
Ms Keen also worked in a boutique law firm specialising in dispute resolution, with a particular focus on building and constructions disputes, debt recovery, and local government.
