Eliza Fitzgerald

Eliza Fitzgerald joined O’Sullivan Davies in 2019 and practices in all areas of family law, although her practice is focused on more complex property settlement cases, child support related issues, and wealth protection from a family law perspective (including drafting Financial Agreements).
Before joining O’Sullivan Davies, Ms Davies worked as a Research Associate for a trial Magistrate at the Family Court of Western Australia. Whilst working at the Court, she completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law, was admitted to practice as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and commenced a Master of Law (which she graduated from in 2020).
