Elisabeth Ellis has over 25 years of experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer. She has worked in Australia and across Asia, Hong Kong, Mongolia and Thailand.

Ms Ellis has extensive commercial and negotiating experience, as well as deep experience navigating varying legal and regulatory systems across multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to becoming chief legal officer and company secretary of OFX in September 2019, Ms Ellis was a partner of Minter Ellison and spent over 4 years at Allen’s Arthur Robinson.

She holds a Bachelor of Science and Law (Honours) from the University of Sydney, and is admitted to practice law in New South Wales (1993) and Hong Kong (1999).
