Eileen Chan has extensive experience in corporate advisory including mergers and acquisitions, transaction support and IPO services. She has international audit experience for a wide portfolio of clients including companies listed in Hong Kong, China, Singapore and the US. Ms Chan was chief financial officer of an ASX-listed automotive technology company and an associate director of Taylor Woodings, a specialist corporate advisory firm that joined FTI Consulting in 2013. Ms Chan was also an audit partner for a major international accounting firm in Hong Kong where she led its Matrimonial Advisory Division, which principally focused on providing forensic accounting services in matrimonial dispute cases. Ms Chan was a member of the Examination Board of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and member of The Continuing Professional Development Committee in 2007.
