Eduardo Videla

Eduardo Videla is a geologist with over 22 years of mining industry experience. Mr Videla started his career working for the Argentinean Atomic Energy Commission as a uranium exploration geologist. He later worked as consultant geologist for Canadian junior explorer Argentina Gold S.A., exploring for precious metals in San Juan where he participated in the discovery of the Veladero gold deposit. He moved to Perth, Western Australia in late 1995 to continue postgraduate studies in Geology at the University of WA. Mr Videla joined Gemcom Australia in 1997, where he worked for 10 years until 2007, and was principal business analyst & managing director of Gemcom Australia. In 2007, he co-founded Entropy Resources SA (ERSA) in Argentina, in association with Jorge Bastias. In February 2010, he co-founded Argentina Mining and introduced ERSA’s gold and base metal projects to the company.
