Mr Faigen advises clients on a diverse range of property transactions and related documentation including heads of agreements, option agreements, contracts of sale, development agreements, off-the-plan contracts of sale, joint ventures and commercial, retail and industrial leases. His experience spans a diverse range of asset classes including commercial, retail and industrial assets, distressed assets, agricultural and primary production assets, airport, tourism, liquor licensing, and tertiary education assets. He also acts on inbound capital transactions for foreign investors and understands FIRB requirements.
