Mr Anderson co-founded a risk and compliance technology business that operated in the USA and Brazil, and held chief executive and non-executive director roles. From startup, the business grew at compound annual growth rate of 40% before being acquired by a major global technology firm in 2016.
Mr Anderson also held frontline management roles in the manufacturing and mining sectors, managing the North American supply chain function for Rockwood Pigments and the marine & transport logistics operations for the Freeport McMoRan copper mine.
