Douglas Chester

Douglas Chester is an independent director and audit chair of Stamford Land Corporation and lead independent director of Kim Heng Offshore & Marine Holdings. He was Australia’s High Commissioner to Singapore. Mr Chester holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the Australian National University.
