Donna Smit

Donna Smit has built and owns five dairy farms in Eastern Bay of Plenty and Oamaru in New Zealand.

Ms Smit is a director of EastPack and Kiwifruit Equities, and a Trustee of the Dairy Women's Network. She was a company administrator at kiwifruit co-operative EastPack for 24 years.

Her focus on financial and risk management has been built through her business, manufacturing experience and financial background.
