Don Kim has acted for a range of clients in complex, large-scale construction disputes. He also has experience in drafting and negotiating a range of project documentation for major construction companies in Australia and overseas. Prior to joining DLA Piper, Mr Kim worked at one of the largest law firms in Korea, representing Korean and multinational clients in cross-border commercial disputes, corporate transactions, corporate rehabilitation and general corporate matters.
