Dominique Hartfield

Dominique Hartfield specialises in the areas of labour and employment. Her experience includes advisory, commercial, transactional and litigation work in employment and industrial law. Ms Hartfield has worked in the Perth and Sydney offices of Squire Patton Boggs. She assists local, national and global clients from a broad range of industries by providing strategic advice and representation on a wide variety of human resources and industrial relations matters including occupational health and safety issues and privacy issues. Ms Hartfield is a committee member of The Law Society of Western Australia's Employee Relations Committee. She is also a general member of The Law Society of Western Australia and the Australian Labour Law Association. She is the editor and contributor to Squire Patton Boggs’ monthly legal employment update to clients, Workplace View, and speaks at a variety of internal and external seminars on employment related issues.
