Ms Pass is the Founder and Director of the human resources consultancy firm 360HR. She has more than 26 years local, national and international experience in the recruitment and consulting industry. She is able to create and deliver for professional development programs, public speaking and management consulting assignments. She currently sits on the Boards of Not-forProfit organisations, Wheelchair Sports NSW and Jobsupport (Employment for People with Intellectual Disability). From 2001 to 2018 she was Chair of the Advisory Council of Sydney Institute of TAFE NSW.
