Derrick Weyrauch is an experienced chief financial officer and board member of public companies listed on the Canadian, US and Australian stock exchanges. He has over 28 years of experience in the mining, automotive, contract manufacturing/distribution and medical device industries, over 17 years of experience as a chief financial officer, and 8 years of public issuer board experience. Mr Weyrauch's international capital markets experience included IPO/RTOs, conventional debt and equity financings for international operations, multi-jurisdictional debt restructuring, and offshore project finance for large-scale capital projects. He has worked in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ghana, Peru, Romania, Western Europe, USA and Canada.
