Dennis Parsons has been a senior executive with an involvement in business logistics, strategic planning and development projects delivering trade facilitation and major regional economic growth. He has been a business owner, director, chief executive, general manager and executive officer.
In addition to governance of his own business ventures, Mr Parsons also has board experience in shipping and transport logistics, mining, earthworks and civil contracting, industrial services and consulting entities, as well as wholesale & retail service entities.
Mr Parsons has qualifications as Master Mariner FG Class 1, a Graduate Diploma in Business (with distinctions), and a Master of Business Administration. He is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
