Dennis Lillee
Ambassador / The Fathering Project
Dennis Lillee AM MBE was one of the fiercest fast bowlers in Australian cricket in the 1970s. He was a key figure in the defection of most of the successful Australian team to Kerry packer's World Series Cricket, which was a rival to the traditional form of the game, and resulted in true professionalism in the sport. After quitting cricket as a player, Mr Lillee has been a coach and long-term president of the WA Cricket Association. He was also the face of the Steel Blue work boots advertising campaign.
