Denis Criddle

Denis Criddle is a non-executive director of Decmil Group, having joined the board in 2007 after the listed company acquired the private firm he founded in 1979, Decmil Australia (originally trading as Silla Careba). Mr Criddle served as non-executive chairman of DGL from September 2009 to December 2011. He is a qualified civil engineer who has worked in the northwest of WA and in central Queensland. Mr Criddle was elected president of the Roebourne Shire Council during the development years of oil and gas expansion in the Karratha region.
