Before joining Harrier Human Capital in February 2014, Delwyn Rayson held a HR role at Amcom and chaired its Women in Technology group where she had great success in leading the gender diversity agenda within the male-dominated environment of IT. She had also worked for Michael Page where she specialised in the recruitment of finance professionals as well as managing the technical, project controls and health & safety portfolios for the mining and engineering team.
At Harrier, Ms Rayson introduced and optimised its employee referral program, performance development program, new employee onboarding, competency matrix, alumni program and succession planning process.
She is PRINCE2-certified and is an accredited TalentQ psychometric testing practitioner.
