David Spencer has over 35 years’ experience in the insolvency industry and has worked as a company auditor, taxation agent and was financial controller of a UK-listed mining company. He is a registered liquidator, a member of the Australian Reconstruction, Insolvency & Turnaround Association, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management and CPA Australia.
