Dr David Sparling joined IDT Australia in May 2013 as vice president of legal & corporate development before becoming chief executive in February 2018.

Dr Sparling had held roles as chief executive and chair of ASX-listed companies.

He is a Chartered Company Secretary with honours degrees in both Veterinary Science and in Law.
