David Purdue is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with over 25 years of professional practice and industry experience.
Mr Purdue became company secretary of Integrated Research in July 2012, and was its global commercial manager until his retirement in July 2016. Prior to that, Mr Purdue spent three years at its Colorado office managing the Americas finance operations. He had been with Integrated Research from February 2003 to February 2007 before re-joining the company in June 2008.
