David Palmer has over 40 years of experience and an international network in the global shipping industry. His wealth of shipping experience covers ship marketing, operations and logistics, fleet development, vessel financing, onshore & offshore terminal development and operations.
Mr Palmer had held senior executive and management positions with the Swire Group, Stolt-Neilsen, IMC Pan Asia Alliance Group, Wah Kwong Maritime Transport where he was based in Hong Kong, and a 12-year tenure as chief executive of Norwegian investment bank Pareto Securities Asia. He became the chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Singapore-based Britoil Offshore Services in February 2020.
Mr Palmer holds a Masters degree in Economics from Cambridge University.
