Senior Private Wealth Advisor, State Manager for QLD / Ord Minnett

David Lane joined Ord Minnett in July 2021 as a senior private wealth advisor and the state manager for Queensland. He has since become the state manager for Western Australia as well.

Mr Lane started his career in stockbroking as a SEATS operator to becoming the Queensland manager for Salomon Smith Barney where he successfully grew the business in Brisbane and the Gold Coast before assuming a full-time role as an advisor. He then joined Pitcher Partners in June 2010 and was its director of wealth management for over 11 years.

Mr Lane was awarded numerous accolades as a recognition for his service to the advice industry, including being ranked in the prestigious Barron’s Top 100 Australian Financial Advisers list in 2020 and 2021.
