David Gray

David Gray advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions involving takeovers and schemes, equity capital markets and general acquisitions, reconstructions and disposals. He has considerable experience acting for clients in the energy & mining industries.

In addition to his transaction-based practice, Mr Gray is a member of Herbert Smith Freehills’ Australian head office advisory team where he advises numerous Perth-based companies on corporate governance, capital management, executive remuneration and employee incentive schemes. He has worked in its Melbourne, London and Perth offices.
