David Bond
David Bond has a degree in Electronics and Computing from Liverpool University.

In 2002, he joined BAE Systems' head office group as the projects director for future systems. His responsibilities included coordinating BAE Systems’ approach to missile defence across the corporation including business interests in the US, UK and European Joint Ventures. Mr Bond helped form the joint UK Industry/UK Government Missile Defence Centre. He then joined the BAE's land business in 2005 as the programme director responsible for the development and manufacture of Armoured Fighting Vehicles (AFV) with clients in the UK and Middle East. In 2010, he also became responsible for AFV Programmes at BAE Systems Hägglunds in Sweden with international contracts in France, Finland, the Netherlands and Norway. Mr Bond then became managing director for BAE Systems Anglo-Swedish AFV businesses. In 2012, he was asked to restructure the UK AFV business and became the managing director for BAE Systems Combat Vehicles UK with sites at Newcastle, Telford and Filton. He sat on the BAE Systems UK Management Board. Mr Bond joined BAE Systems Australia in 2015 as chief operating officer, with operational responsibility for maritime, land and integrated systems as well as functional responsibility for commercial, procurement, IM&T and facilities.
