David Black's experience includes working with startup businesses, multinational corporations and the boards of ASX-listed entities on accounting, internal and external auditing, risk management, corporate governance and due diligence engagements.
Before retiring from the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Australia partnership in 2016, Mr Black spent 25 years with Deloitte in the UK and Australia where he provided services to a range of clients in the defence, manufacturing and government sectors.
Since his retirement from Deloitte, Mr Black has established a family business (The Coastal Brewing Company) and sits on two government sector audit committees serving as the independent member.
