David Arkwright

David Arkwright has over 30 years of experience in strategic/urban/regional/rural planning and development, project and program management, and the conceptualisation/planning/implementation of major projects and programs across a variety of economic sectors in Southern Africa and Australia.

He is also experienced in different mechanisms for structuring of projects including Community Private Sector Partnerships (CPP’s), Community Public and Private Sector Partnerships (CPPP’s) and Public Private Sector Partnerships (PPP’s).

Mr Arkwright has involvement with strategic initiatives across southern Africa and Australia; and worked extensively with governments, business and communities in the development of social, environmental and economic programs and projects.
