Darren Woolcott joined Brightwater Care Group in April 2001 as linen services manager and became general manager of commercial services in October 2018 where he oversees all commercial services including Brightwater Linen, Catering and Kingsway Court Retirement Village. Mr Woolcott has extensive experience managing both service and production businesses. Having studied at the Hotel Institute Montreux Switzerland, he possesses Swiss and American qualifications in hotel management, and had worked in the hotel and private hospital sectors.
