Darren Guild is a mining services executive with over 30 years of experience in Australia’s mining and resources industry. Holding a bachelor of business from Swinburne University, he has built a career specialising in open pit mining production drill and blast services across key commodities such as gold, iron ore, nickel, coal, lithium, copper, lead, and zinc. His experience also extends to specialised drilling and blasting for civil projects, particularly those requiring precision blasting near critical infrastructure.
Mr Guild has held senior executive positions in both ASX-listed and privately held mining services companies, including Ausdrill, SRG Global, ROG, BGC Contracting and Norcliffe Mining Services. In December 2024, he was appointed chief executive of Dynamic Group Holdings, overseeing subsidiaries Dynamic Drill & Blast, Welldrill, and Orlando Drilling.
