Danielle Thompson provides legal advice and strategic guidance to corporations on a wide range of legal related matters including contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, environment and planning regulatory obligations, governance and compliance, legal risk assessment, gap analysis and due diligence, project approvals, and regulatory appeals.
She advises clients from a variety of sectors including energy and resources, retail, health, transport and infrastructure, government, manufacturing, chemicals, agriculture and property.
Ms Thompson also has extensive experience working across multiple jurisdictions including Western Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Northern Territory and South Australia.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science (Environment) from the University of Western Australia, and has tutored Environmental Law at the University of WA for the Masters of Law Program.
