Danielle Maxwell

Danielle Maxwell has extensive experience negotiating with clients, governments and local communities regarding national and imported labour, project working conditions, craft, supervisory and professional training, local content, cultural heritage and community relations. She holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Community Relations for the Resources Sector and has over 25 years of professional management experience, including within local government. Ms Maxwell had worked on mega construction and operational mining and oil & gas projects in Mozambique, Uganda, Tanzania, Alaska, East Timor, Sierra Leone and Australia. She had successfully developed and implemented national content and Indigenous people’s participation strategies on numerous projects.
