Daniel McGrath joined Iluka Resources in 1993 and has held technical and operations management roles including as chief metallurgist in January 2017 where he oversaw the technical development and metallurgy functions, and as chief technical officer and head of rare earths in January 2021. He had also held senior positions at Iluka’s Western Australian, Eastern Australian, and US operations; as well as metallurgy and process engineering roles in Australia, Indonesia and Sierra Leone.
