Daniel Csillag

Daniel Csillag is an experienced senior legal counsel with over 15 years of post-admission legal experience across in-house and private practice. He works directly with senior executives and key business stakeholders, advising on a broad range of legal matters including company law and corporate governance.

Mr Csillag was with ASX Limited from June 2007 to March 2022, becoming the general manager of company secretariat and senior legal counsel in January 2017 where he manages company secretariat support across the ASX Group of companies and provide governance advice to directors & senior executive management.

He is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
