Damian Element has 20 years of experience in corporate finance, governance and commercial business management. He has held senior roles at Woolworths and AAPT, as well as group chief financial officer roles for a number of high-growth global ASX-listed, public and private companies in the services and technology sectors. Mr Element specialises in complex corporate actions including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, ASX listing, international business, commercial risk management and governance. He holds graduate and postgraduate qualifications from Macquarie University, and is a graduate of CPA Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
