Cyril D'Silva has extensive experience working with global markets, with a focus on investment opportunities and capital raising for early-stage junior companies that are listed on public stock exchanges. He is particularly well connected within business circles in Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, London and West Africa. Mr D’Silva was the founder and ex-chair of London-listed Golden Saint Resources (GSR), a junior gold and diamond exploration company with its main focus on diamonds. GSR listed on AIM on the London Stock Exchange in July 2013 and was voted Best Performing IPO for 2013 by Mining Weekly. He stepped down from the GSR board in February 2015 to take up a fulltime position as executive director/chief executive of Clayhill Capital Consultants.
