Cristiano Nicolli has a significant career within the IT industry in sales, management and leadership roles within the Asia Pacific region.
He stepped down from ASX-listed UXC after 12 years, including 5 years as chief executive and managing director where he initiated and led a number of acquisitions in Australia and the US which enabled UXC to extend and expand its services into new technologies and geographies. Prior to UXC, Mr Nicolli held senior roles with Digital Corporation and Compaq Computers for over 20 years across Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Mr Nicolli is also a non- executive director of ASX- and NZX-listed Vista Group International, a global market leader that provides software solutions to the global film industry, and ASX-listed Otherlevels Holdings. Mr Nicolli is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a past member of the New Zealand Society of Accountants, and holds a Bachelor of Management & Business Studies. He is also treasurer of not-for-profit charity Kadasig Aid and Development.
