Craig Wood

Craig Wood joined Archer Capital in 2004. He has worked on the acquisitions of Onesource, Cellarmasters, MYOB and Brownes Foods. Prior to joining Archer, Mr Wood worked in investment banking with Lehman Brothers in New York where he was involved in a range of projects spanning mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt transactions and project finance. He started his career as an engineer with Clough Engineering’s offshore division. Mr Wood, a Rhodes Scholar, holds a Master of Science (Finance) from London Business School, a Master of Arts from Oxford University, a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia.
