Craig Amos

Craig Amos was appointed chief financial officer of Decmil in March 2014, having previously held the position of group manager for corporate development. As a qualified chartered accountant, he has over 17 years’ experience in finance, accounting, corporate transactions and commercial projects in corporate and professional service environments. Prior to joining Decmil, Mr Amos was executive director in the corporate finance division of Ernst & Young where he gained extensive experience leading teams on a range of strategic corporate transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with Honours), a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Auditing, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance. Mr Amos is also a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
