Courtenay Smith is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience as a finance professional with management skills across the areas of leadership, strategy, finance, operations and transformation.
She held senior finance roles within the property development, construction and investment sectors in Australia, Asia, UK and US.
Prior to becoming the group chief financial officer of Mirvac in March 2021, Ms Smith was the chief financial officer of Property Australia and managing director of asset management at Lendlease where she has worked for 23 years and served in a number of senior positions across four geographies.
Ms Smith holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney, and is a member of the Starlight Foundation National Board.
