Cliff Gillam

Cliff Gillam was appointed executive director of workforce at Western Australia's Department of Education in 2009. He is responsible for leading workforce directions and policies across the Department. Mr Gillam has more than 20 years’ public sector experience in human resource management and labour relations. Before joining the public service, he was an academic and a theatre arts professional. He is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute. Mr Gillam was awarded the Institute of Public Administration (WA) Human Resource Management Practitioner of the Year in 2015 in recognition of his leadership of education workforce reforms.
