Clayton Fossett has over 20 years of experience in fintech, financial services, technology and consulting.
He has been the chief operating officer of Change Financial since it was established in 2014, and has been instrumental in the company’s journey through building and launching its payments and card issuing platform. During his tenure, Mr Fossett built and managed its engineering, compliance, customer support and marketing teams. He has forged partnerships with issuing banks, card companies, other networks and key industry service providers.
Prior to joining Change Financial, Mr Fossett was at Yahoo! for 10 years where he held several senior operational finance roles supporting paid search, display advertising and subscription businesses within the US and globally. He had also worked at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, First Boston, Deloitte, and Freddie Mac.
Mr Fossett holds AB and MBA degrees from Harvard University.
