Claire Willey has a diverse background in statutory and strategic planning in Western Australia and Victoria, working with a range of clients and projects. She is also experienced in the preparation and management of structure plans, master plans, detailed land use studies, subdivision and development applications, scheme amendments (regional and local), policy and strategy review and the preparation of planning submissions and due diligence advice.
Ms Willey acted as an advocate and expert planning witness at the State Administrative Tribunal and Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal; and has regularly represented clients at Council meetings, the Development Assessment Panel and State Design Review Panel.
