Claire Swyny is a highly experienced organisational development professional and a Registered Psychologist, with over 15 years of experience helping organisations achieve optimum performance through employee engagement. In February 2015, she established Swyny Talent & Culture to provide external consulting solutions to companies. Ms Swyny also spent over 11 years with Chandler Macleod, culminating in the role of a general manager. She holds a BSc in Psychology with Honors and a Masters in Organisational Psychology, and is accredited across instruments including Wave, SHL OPQ, Hay Group Dimensions, LPI, Benchmarks and MSCEIT.
