Clair Medhurst immigrated to WA in 1985 after completing a law degree at Kings College in London. She finished her legal training and practised from 1986 as a commercial lawyer working in the resources, corporate and construction sectors for major law firms, in corporate roles and as a sole practitioner and consultant until 2009.
Ms Medhurst has been a non-executive director of ASX-listed and unlisted public companies and not-for-profit organisations for over 25 years. Her experience on not-for-profit boards includes 10 years with West Australian Ballet Company, and 6 years as board member & treasurer of EON Foundation.
Ms Medhurst has experience in legal and commercial risk management, governance, strategic planning, project management and fundraising.
