Christine Corbett

Christine Corbett is an experienced business leader and non-executive director with extensive experience in delivering strong financial and people outcomes in the retail, eCommerce, consumer services and logistics sectors. She was the chief customer officer at Australia Post prior to becoming chief customer officer at AGL Energy in July 2019. Since her tenure at Australia Post from 1990 to 2018, Ms Corbett has held a number of key leadership roles across retail, mail network, strategy, major change, marketing and communications. She was also a non-executive director of the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne and a member of the National Basketball League Advisory Board. Ms Corbett has been recognised in the Australian Financial Review and Westpac 100 Women of Influence Awards for 2016 in the Board and Management category. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and completed an executive education program at Stanford University. Ms Corbett holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Business (Communication) from the Queensland University of Technology.
