Chris Paul has over 15 years of real estate experience, having been employed within the areas of valuation and property consultancy. His primary area of expertise is in the provision of valuations for retail assets for financial reporting, first mortgage security, acquisition, and disposal purposes. The scale of retail assets ranges from neighbourhood shopping centres to super regional shopping centres.
Mr Paul has primarily been involved in institutional valuations, while also undertaking intermittent mortgage valuations.
He joined Savills in 2008 and became the state director for valuation & advisory in NSW in September 2015, national director of retail valuations in January 2020, and managing director of its Western Australia business in August 2023.
